What products do you sell?

We sell a range of scented products, including: alcohol free perfume oils (3ml, 6ml,12ml), sprays and car fresheners. We are always looking to expand our product range - sign up to our newsletter to hear about our new releases.

What are Perfume Oils?

Perfume oils are a concentrated version of spray perfumes, without the alcohol and other materials that make it sprayable. As a result, perfume oils last much longer on the skin as they tend to stick better and do not evaporate as quickly compared to sprays.

Are perfume oils safe for my skin?

Our perfume oils have been dermatologically tested for your safety. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you do contact your doctor to prior use and/or conduct a patch test for 24 hours. If any irritation or inflammation occurs, wash with warm soapy water and seek medical advise. Perfume oils should not come into contact with broken skin.

What are the expiration dates of your perfume oils and sprays?

Perfume oils and sprays do not necessarily have an expiration date. As long as you do not keep them in direct sunlight or expose them to heat they can last for years. However, we do advise to use within a 12-month period as best practice. 

Are your products vegan and alcohol | cruelty free?

Our alcohol-free products are 100% free from animal derived ingredients and we do not test on animals. 

How long is delivery?

We estimate 3-5 working days from day of ordering, however this can be longer in busy periods due to couriers being busier and we kindly ask for your patience in these circumstances. 

I have not received order confirmation?

All orders have confirmation emails sent to the email address provided in the order. Please check the junk and spam folders in case you have not seemed to receive one. 

I don't like the smell of the scent I ordered, what can I do?

Refunds and returns are not offered on the basis of personal taste for a scent, we recommend to order the smallest size you can to get a feel for the scent. It is also a common thing for our customers to give away scents to friends or family as gifts, so perhaps this is an option in these circumstances. We will not send our second-hand scents and only send out newly packaged scents to our customers to ensure our product quality is at the highest standard and has not been affected.
